Our online store has taken all necessary measures to ensure the security of our users' transactions through their cards. The Company does not collect or maintain the credit card details of the users. In case the credit card is not approved by the user's/customer's bank, the Company reserves the right to cancel the order.
All payments made by card are processed through the "Nexi e-Commerce" e-payment platform and uses TLS 1.2 encryption with 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer - SSL). Encryption is a way of encoding information until it reaches the intended recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.
CASH ON DELIVERY
In this case, payment is made to our partner courier company, Geniki Taxydromiki, upon delivery of the order. An additional charge of €1.50 applies for this payment method.
Customers also have the option to complete the payment by card at their doorstep.
